Their attention to detail and pride in not just the finished product, but to every aspect of the construction project is unmatched by todayâ s standards. Further, after-completion questions were addressed swiftly and highly professionally. This company is a throwback to golden-age of workmanship, when contractors were only as successful as their reputation. We highly recommend Creative Pavers for any home improvement project.

Nick and Jack from Creative Pavers designed and installed our deck, patio, outdoor kitchen, landscaping and lighting. The project was completed on time and with outstanding care and quality. The transformation has been amazing. We absolutely recommend them and plan on using as needed in the future!

Although I am happy with the deck itself and fire pit turned out nice, I had major problems with this company and would steer people away from them. First, they removed a concrete pad before putting in the deck, claiming it was necessary in order to put in footers, even though in retrospect they did not have to, and as soon as it rained my basement flooded, so they put in a new concrete pad, realizing they had goofed in taking it out in the first place. Their insurance company covered my loss, but I had to pull up my entire new flooring in the basement because it was destroyed by the flooding. Nightmare. They also destroyed about 25% of my lawn by placing the lumber on it while they performed the work for a couple of months. Just like the previous reviewer, whose grass was destroyed. They said they would reseed and take care of the grass but the reseeding job was a joke, the new grass is just crabgrass and weeds, and all of the grass around the deck looks terrible, it is going to cost at least $1000 to take care of the grass now.I think Nick is a nice guy, I think he is well-intentioned, I think he sincerely wanted me to be satisfied with the job, I just do not think he has put together a professional group of workers to perform this kind of work, I think they made some really bad decisions, and the damage that a crew of workers can do when they do not know what they are doing is really significant.

They did a great job. Very nice to deal with. Pleasant personalities. Have already recommend them.

Delivered as promised. I had a home inspection and the pavement wasn't level and I had to repair or replace. They injected a material and leveled. It saved me money and the mess of ripping out a perfectly good paver

Super efficient knowledgeable polite

Response to my RFP for prompt. They explained in detail what would be done, and how; this detail sold the job, and how they would work around problems we expected from large tree roots. Installation was on time and within our budget. Work crew was friendly, attentive and addressed all issues we presented; my wife is an artist and perfectionist. At end of job they assured us they would address any future quality problems. Mostly, we love our new patio and value added to our home.
