The crew and workmanship was nothing short of outstanding. What also set this company apart from others was their detailed quote by line item. This allowed us to decide if we wanted to accept or remove certain items from our deck replacement. Unfortunately, the project manager was non-existent and rarely returned calls or answered my questions. I would expect the project manager to answer all questions and concerns in a timely manner.

The Creative Concepts & Design team were great to work with. Brent and Ralph were professional, on time, and pay attention to the details (corner joints, spacing, butt joints, picture framing layout, etc). I would highly recommend these guys if you are building a new deck or needing some repairs.

We had a fabulous experience with Creative Concepts & Designs. Caleb was able to help us find a beautiful and unique design that works for our home and was within our budget. He made several trips to our home to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of. Brent and his crew were as equally helpful and reliable. Their work was extremely thorough. Hired this firm to build a deck for us. The design was very nice, and the end result is amazing. Had a few hiccups along the way that they responded to and handled our concerns. Work was done pretty quickly even during a rainy period.
