Reviews
Write a ReviewThey are very professional, do excellent work and are very nice. They keep you updated on how the job is going but arenĂ¢ t overly contacting you, highly recommend them.
They needed to be more clear on what was going on, more respect for our home and belongings, rooms should have tapped off, windows not left open overnight, attention to detail, better communication. Not a bad company but they have a lot to learn still.
Amazing crew, very professional and very good at communicating kept me well informed on arrival time as well as anything else I had questions on. They also did an amazing job, I would highly recommend Crago's to anyone who has had recent water damage.
Honestly could’ve done better, they truly tried but my carpet was still extremely damp. Went through that for an entire week with a damp floor. Good people, only a decent job.
Hi James! Hope all is well. Sadly, that is not our decision to make. Ultimately, it is up to the Landlord or homeowner to decide for us to do a floor removal. In a typical aspect we would 100% have removed the floor, if you were the home owner! You can only suck water out of floors so much, sadly. We hope you understand that we cannot do anything without the Landlords approval. If you were the homeowner in this instance we would have removed the floor from the start. As stated previously, we hope all is well. Have a good evening! - Dominic
