I have about 10,000 sq ft of yard and it needed so much work - weeding, trimming, small tree removal, hauling off, juniper shaping - so overgrown. JC was wonderful, great customer service completed very timely, kept me updated on status, and worked quickly and efficiently. I am so pleased to find this resource! if you need ANYTHING done, call them because they are honest, hard-working, have great pricing, and very helpful.

My mom and I hired Crabtree Lawn and landscaping for yard work and maintenance. They started out great then they started to not showing up on the designated day, and they would not call or return calls. Then they would always tell her that they were in a hurry because they were behind, and then they would rush thru the yard. They started to skip things like edging, bagging the grass, and blowing off the patios after they were done moving. My mom is 80 years old, andhe has had to go out and cleanup after them on many occasions. The grass would be in all window channels of her sun room and all over the patios. She has a dog that would track all the grass into the house. I called them twice and told them about this and never received a call back. They showed up yesterday to mow and when she told the mower about the issues he replied I do not have time for this s***. Then he quickly took off and did not mow at all. This is a very unprofessional way to treat an elderly woman. When I called them I started off with a compliment to them because they did a great job in the beginning getting the grass fertilized and turning green. This is just not a way to keep an account. I guess they are busy enough that they do not care about keeping clients. I usually handle the whatever lawn company we hire because many people want to take advantage of the elderly. very quick response to request of snow removal. Put salt down on stairs and by front door. called to let me know when they arrived at the house and called when they were done. I will call them again!
