I would be cautious in using this company, the experience from start to completion was a challenge and disappointment. Their communication within the organization is poor and their record keeping appears to be haphazard.

Llano communicated well and provided us with great service

Sunwest was the only company that physically came out to give a bid. All the other companies just sent a bid and never followed up. Llano followed up right away. He was able to work around our schedule too. I also found a great remnant for the master vanity at the quartz yard. All in all it was a terrific experience. Also, the fit of the counter top was the best I have ever seen. These guys are real pros.

Hired

Salesman was on top of our request, we got a good price and the job was finished within our time frame. Caveat: the bid was incomplete because there was not enough attention paid to the possible adjustments necessary to do the installation correctly. We had to hire a carpenter to take care of "upgrading" the corbels to hold the counter top. We had to have the installers come back to do some detail work. Because our counter was an L shape, the shortest part of the L runs a different direction and the pattern looks VERY different than the longer piece.
