I was very nervous to get new countertops in our kitchen - it's a lot of money and an important renovation for our home. We obtained several quotes and Cassandra with Costa was SO professional and SO responsive that there was no question who we would choose. She was patient and answered all of our questions. Not long after we picked our materials and were ready to start the job COVID-19 hit and shut everything down. Cassandra worked with the stone warehouse and they held our materials until we were comfortable moving ahead. That was HUGE in my book! Their office/workshop is SUPER clean and everyone is very professional. This is no fly-by-night company. They did all the fabrication on our quartz slabs at their facility and we have no seams in our beautiful countertops! The countertop and tile installers did an amazing job, they were prompt, professional and clean and our kitchen is beautiful. We are so pleased that we have already recommended them to family and friends (my BFF is going to use them for a refresh of her bathrooms). Thank you, Cassandra and Costa Granite & Marble!

Elies was very quick to respond to the work inquiry. We were impressed by the laser measurements - not many companies have the equipment or go to the trouble. Elies had some ideas on how to improve the look and function of the final product over what we had, and he was very helpful in our selection of the stone, and how to manage the "flow" through the bar and kitchen area. The installers were meticulous, and re-did a couple of cuts and fits onsite that were not quite up to their professional specs on the first try. They took on the carpentry work that other companies declined, and we ended up with a better result than we had imagined. From start to finish, they were in communication with us to let us know how the job was proceeding at their shop. We made a visit to their shop after our stone was delivered there, and Elies showed us some options and his recommendation on how to cut our stone to optimize the look of the "flow". He was able to provide this expert advice because he came to our house in person to make the initial rough measurements. We are very, very pleased with the result.

Good to work with, responsive, right price, right time.

Working with Costa Granite & Marble was fantastic!! Casandra (Office Manager) is exceptional and her customer service surpassed my expectations. She did a great job guiding us through the entire process and was very prompt on returning phone calls and answering all of our questions. Pricing was very competitive but it was the service that really stood out from the rest. Other contractors offered quotes. However, Costa actually followed up, provided references, and met us at the granite/marble warehouses to assist in the selection of the granite/marble/quartz. I was very satisfied with the quality of the finished countertops and backsplash and would highly recommend them going forward. My only regret is not using them for other areas of my home remodel.
