    I have a maintenance contract with Cornerstone for many years and have 2 bad experiences on the Plumbing checks. A year ago, 2023, my Water Heater stopped working a day after their Plumbing Check. The Element had to be replaced as the Heater was flushed without turning it off and the Element burned out. I told the Technicuan about the problem on a visit two days ago and the same problem occurs since where the Element trips repeatedly. It us sad that their professionalism has to be questioned when the problem only occurs when they come around for "Routine Maintenance"

    Title: A Nightmare Experience with Cornerstone Pros: Lack of Expertise and Unprofessionalism I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Cornerstone Pros for my HVAC service needs, and my experience has left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. The numerous issues I encountered throughout the process have compelled me to share my negative experience with others. One of the most glaring problems I encountered was the apparent lack of knowledge among their technicians, specifically when it came to working on Daikin units. It was evident from the start that they were ill-equipped to handle the intricacies of Daikin systems. Instead of admitting their limitations and recommending a specialist, the technicians attempted to work on my unit, leading to further complications. Upon realizing the inadequacy of their technicians, I decided to escalate the matter and spoke with a supervisor named Justin. Unfortunately, this only exacerbated the situation. Justin not only lacked the professionalism one would expect from a supervisor but was also argumentative and rude throughout our conversation. Rather than acknowledging the shortcomings of his team, he chose to defend their actions and downplayed the severity of the issues I was facing. After an incredibly long and frustrating conversation, Justin advised me to call him back once the service call was complete. Trusting that the company was committed to resolving my concerns, I followed his instructions and reached out to him as soon as the service call concluded. To my dismay, days passed without receiving any response from Justin. When I finally managed to get in touch with him, his attitude was unchanged, and he seemed more interested in arguing than addressing my concerns. The lack of communication and unprofessional behavior from the supervisor was the last straw for me. I had endured enough frustration and decided to cancel my service with Cornerstone Pros. It is disheartening to witness such a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and professionalism from a company that claims to be a reputable service provider. In conclusion, my experience with Cornerstone Pros was nothing short of a nightmare. From technicians with inadequate knowledge to a supervisor who was argumentative and unhelpful, the entire process was riddled with incompetence and unprofessionalism. I strongly advise others to think twice before entrusting their HVAC needs to Cornerstone Pros, as my experience has left me with a sense of regret and disappointment.

    Had the AC unit less than a year, had our free check up on Thursday. Friday our house was up to 82 degrees and had to wait hours for a tech to come out to fix on Sat. what was obviously an issue from the check up. The new tech advised 7 POUNDS of Freeon needed to be added. It is Monday and our house has gone back up to 82 degrees and is slowly rising from the Florida heat. Cornerstone advised no one can come out til tomorrow to fix a problem they caused and did not fix. I have now had to get a hotel for my one year old and husband so my sons fever does not increase from the heat and my electric bill over the past days has increased as the unit has tried to keep up but is unable to do so. I was told a manager would be calling me tonight (Monday), however after a call back I found out no manager is on until tomorrow..... I find this odd for a "24/7" company.

    My daughter who is a Nurse Practitioner working in the emergency department of Tampa General hospital during COVID 12 to 14 hours per day, had a Westinghouse water softner system installed by EXCEL WATER SYSTEMS!!! They incorrectly installed the unit and the unit was defective. Unfortunately, the system NEVER WORKED. We tried getting them to fix or replace the system and they refused. In fact they sent a representative to my daughters house who blatantly lied to her about the system and testing the water quality. Being frustrated and very upset we contacted the manufacturer and we were referred to Conerstone. We called CORNERSTONE and we were treated with the utmost professionalism, consideration, respect and FIRST CLASS ATTENTION!!! I personally want to give praise and thanks to Reese for EVERYTHING he did for us. Because of REESE I was compelled to make a lunch meeting to personally thank him and show my appreciation. If anyone needs any work done at their home or business YOU MUST CONTACT CORNERSTONE!!! I have never been more impressed by a service organization!!! Thank ALL the EMPLOYEES AT CORNERSTONE. I also want to thank Jennifer ( I believe that is her name) the operator who answered my call she went above and beyond for us and got Reese to call me!!!! You guys are THE BEST!!! Thank you

    We have used Cornerstone for years, mostly to nurse our severely aging a/c system, but also for the occasional electric or plumbing need. I love the integrity, quality, and professionalism of this company. The night we starting hearing our outside a/c unit INSIDE my kitchen, we immediately called. Although it was nearly 10pm on a Thursday, we spoke live with a tech, assured her that this was not an emergency, but we would like someone to come out asap. First thing the next morning, Cornerstone followed up with me and set an appointment for that very afternoon (Friday). They sent me both an email and picture of our tech and appointment confirmation. Prior to arrival, they called as well to ensure our availability. Our tech, Chris, was knowledgeable and respectful as he diagnosed the problem and presented different alternative solutions. We decided not to pour more money into a dated, failing system, and took the plunge to replace it. Chris provided us with various options, answered our questions, and gave us space to consider while outlining the next steps we would take once making our decision. He was extremely polite and professional. We reviewed our options, researched the offered products and prices, and found their quality to be superior and the investment to be a more than fair price for the quality. We completed the documentation agreement with our choices and contacted Cornerstone Pros to make the appointment. They forwarded me through to Chris again who was able to get the new system installed the very next day, despite it being a weekend (Saturday). I received another appointment confirmation email with the name and picture of my installer, Josh. Josh and his co-worker arrived at my house first thing Saturday morning. With 2 people working, the estimated installation time was cut in half, ensuring that our system would be fully functional by early afternoon. Both technicians were polite, respectful, and informative, explaining how to navigate through our new system, as well as ensuring the county permits would be issued once the business week reopened (I received my permit on Tuesday, along with a phone call to confirm) and the steps we would take to walk through that process. Cornerstone Pros is a company you can trust. They are deeply vested in this community, and their care for their clientele is evident. We are so happy with their customer service, quality, work, and professionalism, and we highly recommend them to everyone we know. We will continue to support gratefully this business as they strive to ensure that home is a haven. Thank you, Cornerstone Pros!

    Gary arrived on time so on time that he was 3-5 minutes early. We had already bought the faucet that we wanted replaced so all he had to do was swap them out. He worked fast and he was very good. The only negative is I thought was they were priced on the high end.
