Carlos and his crew did exemplary work. The quality of the work is the best I have ever seen. They were always punctual, very professional, courteous, and kept the entire worksite clean. I had gotten 6 estimates prior to making my choice. Carlos was most thorough in providing samples of the materials used with no tricks pricing unlike some others. Their pricing was not the cheapest but also not the highest. We did not want a slap-shot job for the cheapest price because we plan to live here for many years. Every day we sit outside, we look at our home and praise Carlos and his crew for a job well done and very much appreciated.

I was extremely fortunate to have found Carlos after a very disappointing experience with another builder. I had him reconstruct an attached cedar pergola that was not properly flashed to the house. Carlos was very knowledgeable and communicative throughout the entire build process. I learned that he has extensive experience as a carpenter in roofing, framing, decks, pergolas and sunrooms. The quality of his work is amazing and he takes great pride in what he builds, a rarity these days. Do not hesitate to contact CNC Custom Builders for a project you have in mind.
