Kim had a hell of a job ahead of her, and she knocked out so much! Especially our big bathroom - it became *gorgeous*! She got confused by the cookie cutter houses in our neighborhood and was a few minutes late. This was not a deep cleaning, so there were small bits that were overlooked, but it was a great general cleaning.

Kimberly was great. She showed up on time. She stayed busy the entire time she was here and refused to stop for a break. She was very thorough from baseboards to ceiling and everything in between. She brought homage cookies. My wife and I think she did an awesome job. Happy wife happy life. She is now our go to cleaner. Thanks Kimberly for the wonderful job.

We've had very little luck with cleaning services but we were pleasantly surprised with Kimberly's work ethics. Not only was the appointment confirmed the day before but she showed up on time. Kimberly came with her own supplies and equipment and worked nonstop until everything and every room was clean and fresh. I will definitely be using her services again and highly recommend her.

Powerhouse worker! Kimberly came into a home covered in dog hair and dust! She removed every spec and inch! I trust her not only to do an incredible hard job but with home and belongings! Truly great business woman!

I hired Proper Polish Cleaning to do a move out clean for my clients as part of my services. Kimberly did a beautiful job! The home was spotless & it smelled clean, but not like chemicals. Which was really nice for the buyer walkthrough. She was very communicative, flexible, & just a joy to work with. I'm very much looking forward to working with her again for future clients.

Kim has been doing air bnb turn overs for me for a couple years now and is always prompt in getting the place ready for the next guests arrival. I also use her services for my personal cleaning needs, and sometimes laundry services when Iâ m running behind my own schedules. The best part about Kimâ s services is the cookies. She tends to make a habit of baking fresh cookies while she works. Me and my guests love that little extra touch, mostly because the house is sparkling clean and smells delicious.
