The work I had done was replacing ten Hunter sprinkler heads with new Rain Bird heads, with two of the heads being moved by three feet to move out of beds. I did not receive an initial estimate for the work and then was shocked that the hour of work involved (while already being onsite for a system startup) plus parts came to $840 (reduced to $756 with a 10% companion discount for having a startup/shutdown plan). The breakdown was $65 per new head and $160 per moving head. These heads retail for $12.50 and there was a total of an hour of labor involved. This works out to several hundred dollars of labor for an hour. I would strongly suggest going elsewhere for your irrigation needs.

We use a higher grade product than sold in store. Are repairs also come with a 5 year parts and labor warranty with continued service during that time period. The technician who came was a very experience technician who can make quick repairs. The technician discussed all repairs with the homeowner before making them the same day of the appointment.
