Curtis, the owner, came out to investigate some leaks in our roof. He was on time, very professional and friendly. It turned out the leaks weren't serious, and the repair was inexpensive and completed on the spot. I am glad we called Curtis, because I know that many other repair people might have charged us more or told us the leaks were worse than they were. Now Curtis is my roofer, and I am sure you would be happy with his service, too.

They arrived when I was at work, looked at the issue and when I contacted them later, they explained the issue. I had them perform the work and as far as I can tell, the roof is no longer leaking.

Curtis is punctual, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. I chose his company because he followed up consistently after the bid process and gave me more information about my project than any other bidder. His work crew was also timely and efficient and cleaned up my yard adequately. When I indicated there was one part of the repair work I didn't like, he came the same day and changed it to my satisfaction. I have been told by other roofers who replaced my flat roof before that it was a very complicated structure, but Concord Roofing seemed to have no difficulty with it. So far, so good...no more roof leaks to date!

Curtis Neely gave me an honest assessment of my roof's problems - more thorough and straightforward than other roofers - and a very fair and reasonable price on the work. Much more important than price, though, he and his team did exactly what he promised - started on time, worked exclusively on this job until it was completed, did first rate work, and followed up on every little detail to make sure the job was perfect and I was completely satisfied. I couldn't be happier with their work.
