Day 1,2,3 and beyond of the kitchen project, Joe Smith would literally arrive 2 hours late. When I addressed this major issue with him, his response was “I’m never late, I’m always on time. I’m sorry you don’t understand the process”. He lacked appropriate customer service acumen. He was unprofessional, incompetent on how to properly install seamless drywall. His finished worked left my kitchen walls, ceiling and pass through cut out, lumpy, uneven and unsightly. When I asked him to educate me on why my newly installed walls looked the way they do, he said “Because I don’t understand construction and mudling”. I said “I didn’t need to understand construction, to see that my walls and ceiling are severly messed up”. He even destroyed part of my perfectly smooth dning room wall by unnecessarily pulling the pass through plaster too far up, down and across the wall. Because of his continued incompetence, lack of professionalism, and inappropriate behavior, I had to fire him after 2.5 weeks, which should have taken him 7 days tops to finish this 6x6 kitchen area oject. And I had to hire two new contractors for the cabinet and backsplash installation. All of the other contractors ( plumber, electrician, backsplash installer and cabinet installers) were professional, appropriate , on-time and sometimes even early. When I look at my finished custom kitchen, I try not to look at the walls and ceiling which are a major distraction!

This company was extremely professional and efficient. After being practically ripped off by several other competitors, Joe gave me a extremely fair price. The work was spectacular! Joe oversaw the entire job, before and after, before collecting final payment. He returned all calls, kept his word, and was on time. He even came out and gave an estimate on Thanksgiving Day. Joe sincerely cares about people, is great at what he does, and has hired an efficient and courteous team. I am definitely going to use this contractor again.

We hired Complete Home Maintenance to install a bathroom in the master bedroom. Joe did a great job on the bathroom, especially the ceramic tile. Joe is a nice man who is reliable and very trustworthy, he really cares and strides to make his customer happy. We will be using Joe in the near future for other projects.

It took several calls before they returned my call. However, when the painter was ok'd to do the job, he was very professional, timely and willing to work around my schedule. I had my interior painted and it looks great. I bought the paint for my rooms and they supplied the paint for the ceilings and trim.

Work Gerneral Contractor was professional and curteous to me and my elderly mother. I liked his onetime arrive and thorough clean up at the end of the job

This Company cuts corners on everything the owner, the foundation of any job is the key to the quality of work being preformed. I had to follow up with everything he/employees had done. This contactor installed ceramic tile in my kitchen and due to the sub floor not being properly secure the grout is always cracking. I will have to pull up a few tiles to secure the sub floor myself after paying this guy (Joe) $300.00 to do a very small area. I tried calling him but he never returned my call even though he guarantee the work. He had this one helper who was very good and that is the only bright spot of my encounter with this guy. Please call anytime for honest opinion of this guys works, there were some positives.

Owner Joe was very informative and moved very fast. Had estimate and new porch stairs completed in just a week. The carpenters were polite and went out of their way to make sure that it was just what we wanted. Great price for great work, have other projects that will need to be done come spring, definately would use them again.
