Josh did great job. Got our inducer motor fixed and went over the heating unit with me. He did a good job going over everything. We were happy with the service he provided. Would definitely recommend this company.

Professional and good price

Tom came out and answered my questions and gave me a quote. David came out on the scheduled day and was very efficient and patient with all my questions. I received a quote for an instant water system and for reverse osmosis....we had the instant water system installed and will call them back for the other at a later time.

The young men that came out were very knowledgeable and did a great job. They found the problem right away and got our furnace replace very quickly. We truly appreciate their work and they were very pleasant. We highly recommend them.

This is the 2nd time we've used Hardcastle in the year since buying this house. We remodeled the kitchen, but needed an expert to reroute the sink drain and install the garbage disposal. Hardcastle is highly recommended for their prompt response, professionalism, great work overall. Tom G does top of the line plumbing.

Woke to no heat, made few calls to no avail, called Hardcastle, Josh was here in 1/2 hour, made the repair, explained in detail the problem and his repair. Very knowledgeable, professionally explained annual membership with Hardcastle, unbelievable offer for an annual program. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about these folks. We are selling our house and have had one thing after another go wrong. Our water heater was completely broken and needed to be replaced immediately, but we have absolutely no money left. The owner Kris is amazing and so kindhearted that she is allowing us to pay for the replacement at closing. Tom G. came back out immediately this morning to replace the water heater, and was on time and did a fast install with his partner (I didnâ t catch his name). They even swept the floor before they left! Iâ ve never experienced such kindness and professionalism from any other company. They are one of a kind and I would tell ANYONE to call them for anything you need. They really saved us.

They came out and moved my AC unit from the side of the house to the back. Highly satisfied with the work they did. The install looks better now then it did before. I highly recommend them!
