I am a long time customer. Wayne did a great job cleaning a wool area rug and also working on some stairs and bedrooms. I completely trust Kyle and Wayne and enjoy having been their customer for many many years!

Collosal Carpet Care was absolutely wonderful. My home suffered significant damage after a frozen pipe burst. Not only did their team arrange to have my rugs hauled to their business, but held them for several weeks until my new flooring was installed. When the rugs were delivered, they looked amazing and the richness of the colors was restored. During the delivery process, they also shampooed a very large sofa that had also gotten wet during the flooding. The team was timely, professional and perfect. I highly recommend Collosal Carpet for your carpets, rugs, and upholstery needs. They were wonderful, kind and patient!

They picked up our carpets and returned them a week later. Great communication and the results were excellent. Kyle went over the few problem spots and extensive efforts they made to clean them. Highly recommend these guys and would use them again.

Wayne was AMAZING! We had to get our floor leveled. Wayne pulled the carpet back and then replaced it post leveling. He did a great job both times and had a very professional demeanor. Would recommend hiring Colossal Carpet 100%

Colossal Carpet Care did a fantastic job stretching and cleaning my carpet. The communication with them was excellent, they let me know when to expect them and arrived on time. They completed the job in the time frame the promised and I was very satisfied.
