Before hiring Collaku Construction, I had water leaking into my basement when it would rain. I hired a company before and they used French drain system from inside that did not do the job they were supposed to we spent that money for no reason. Finally I spoke with Ken and he was prompt on assessing the problem and explained how they would fix it. Waterproofing From outside digging down all around the house 8 feet deep They used quality materials, and made sure the job was done right. Since they finished, my basement has stayed completely dry. I am really happy with their work and highly recommend them for foundation waterproofing i think they are the best top 1 in New Jersey.

I saw the work they did for my neighbor, and it was perfect. I was searching for a while for a good company as I am picky. Besides being picky, I wanted to pass my inspection from the town. So Ken with his architect did the work that made me pass! Iâ m so thrilled with the new deck and repairs done. The deck turned out beautifully, and the repaired sections were strengthened with the existing structure. They kept everything clean and stayed on schedule which is very important for me! Would give 100 stars if I could, Iâ m so happy I found them!!

They did an excellent job installing a new roof for my home. The team was professional, efficient, and the quality of their work was outstanding. They were also very cost-effective and helped me save money. On top of that, they completed additional work at no extra charge. We hired Klodi for our 10 units hometown complex to clean the gutters & power wash our concreate walkways, plus to clean our sidings with power washing. He came with 2 guys. We are extremely happy with their work since they went above and beyond by even cleaning the areas that we didnâ t even ask for. They cleaned the driveways and every corner to make sure they didnâ t leave any dirt around. They did a great job. I highly recommend them.

My experience with the owner, Klodi, was horrible! He came and gave an estimate for waterproofing (digging down the back wall of the house and adding insulation tar), which was an agreed rate of $6,500, and the job would be a 2-day job. They dug down to the foundation of my home and came to me and said there was a foundation problem and it would be $18,000. I ended up agreeing to pay $8,000 in total to finish the job; it was truly a money grab, and on top of that, he was making explicit bad habits towards me. I would not recommend this company whatsoever!

We hired them in December and did not do a good job but they came back in March and fixed everything, we are satisfied with the job now. Frank from Collaku was really helpful.

I cant begin to describe how pleased I am with the work that was done by Collaku Construction. The team was very knowledgeable and professional from start to finish.
