We had a wonderful experience working CoCreations! We wanted a big project done well on a tight budget and they were able to deliver in every aspect! They built and designed a large addition for us: a master suite, bonus room, mudroom and garage. We love that CoCreations is a family business and helped us build a home to meet all our needs. Their iterative design process ensured that our addition has functional and flexible spaces. Their entire team was a pleasure to work with. Nick was honest and has great attention to detail. Ana helped us to design a beautiful space that is modern and matches the charm of our 1940's home. Josh, the site manager, was diligent in ensuring the build was meeting our expectations. We highly recommend CoCreations and would work with them in the future.

We chose CoCreations for our kitchen remodel and would recommend them to anyone who is doing a remodeling project. Being first-time homeowners this was a big project for us and we were initially intimidated by the renovation process. However, working with CoCreations made the whole process smooth and much less stressful than I imagined. We were immediately drawn to CoCreations since it is advertised as a *turn-key* company with both design and construction services included. When Nick came to our house for the initial consultation, he inspected both our attic and basement to get a better idea of the space. After deciding to move forward with CoCreations, we immediately went into the design phase with Ana. This part was a bit stressful since we had to make many decisions quickly. However, Ana provided guidance and helped keep us on track for our demo date. Josh, our project manager, was in touch with us daily with updates on our kitchen. When we got home from work, Josh or Nick often would show us what had been done that day and would ensure that we were satisfied. During construction, we decided to widen the scope of the project (take out an extra wall and do additional painting). Even with these changes, the project ended earlier than expected, was under-budget, and the work was stellar! During the process when we had concerns, they were addressed immediately and provided follow up to ensure we were happy. Nick and Josh constantly were doing walk-through to ensure that the work was up to their high standards. Overall, I was very impressed with CoCreations and would definitely work with them on future projects.

Ana and Nick made this an easy kitchen and laundry room remodel process! We valued their honesty, ideas, and management though the whole renovation, as well as their attention to detail. Would definitely hire them again for another project.

Nick is a truly remarkable contractor. We found CoCreations by chance when an acquaintance posted about her kitchen remodel on social media. The look of her home was exactly the feel we wanted, so we called Nick for a quote. We discussed a kitchen remodel, a build out of a laundry closet, and the update of our mudroom. He was so sharp, kind, warm, interactive, and collaborative. We were sold from jump by his knowledge and attitude. We also loved the concept of a family-owned business run by him and his lovely wife, Ana. Ana and Nick were accessible throughout the project. They stuck to the timeline and gave us a truly turn-key experience. Nick knows his stuff and also knows when he needs input from other professionals. He does not over-promise or under-deliver. He took the time and care to be sure that we were happy and routinely found tiny things he wanted to touch up before the project's end that I may never have even noticed. Ana and Nick know how to make customers feel important and special. Their kindness and warmth are imbued into our house and we couldn't possibly be more grateful. I have recommended CoCreations to many folks already and will continue to wholeheartedly do so! My only concern is that they'll get too busy before we're ready to take on our next project which will no doubt fall into Nick's capable hands.

Nick is a stand-up guy that does what he says. He's a straight shooter and reliable. He did exactly what he said he would do and when he said he'd do it at the price agreed.

We love our new bathroom. Nick and Ana were so nice to work with and so kind and understanding. They completed our bathroom project from start (demolition) to finish (shiny, beautiful and all new). We are so enjoying our new bathroom. They created what we had dreamed about doing and they made it all happen.

He rebuilt our whole house, we had a fire and he did a fantastic job! If I have ever had an issue I call Nick and he will get it fixed. They gave us a warranty on our new new home!
