They did a great job and they were very professional. There were some things that came up which needed my attention and they called right to get my decision. Getting back to me was sometimes an issue, but overall great job.

Once we got past the communication "problem" (coordinator FORGETTING an entire conversation we had giving him the go-ahead to do the job,thus delaying the job being completed for an additional week), the quality of the lawn-care was completely satisfactory--mowing/trimming/raking extra grass. This being my first experience with hiring a lawn-care service, I have to say 'overall' it was fair, but the actual end result of the job, was good-to-very good. -Jenifer Pulliam

Very professional and uncharacteristically prompt for this industry! Where another company had failed to diagnose a problem with my sprinkler system after 2 hours (and left for the day), I contacted this company and had a gentleman on my property in 2 days. They fit me in right away, and the gentleman had my electrical problem diagnosed in about half an hour and in perfect working order after just 1.5 hours. Clearly Clean doesn't use generalists but rather partners with this outfit that came to my house in order to provide experienced labor! Rep. was up-front that they're not the cheapest, but they were fast HIGHLY knowledgeable.

Based on that job I would rate them a really good company. However I called them directly last week to give me an estimate on doing my yard and regular landscape maintenance in Hamilton, and they have not been out, nor have they attempted to contact me, so I used another company who did respond.

The office called me on a timely basis to set up avisit but never showed up when they said they would and never called me back.If this is any indication of the quality of service and responsibility of the company, I guess I am fortunatethat they ignored me.

Clearly Clean is concerned about customer satisfaction. Jamie, the owner, is a down to earth businessman that understands the definition of service. I would recommend him to anyone that wants someone who is reliable and dependable
