They did not fix the problem I paid them to fix and say it is not their responsibility! I leaked my roof. They looked inside where the leak was and said I needed an expensive new roof to fix the leak. 3 years later, (under warranty), the same spot I paid good money for leaked again. While (eventually) responsive, they said it was not their responsibility as it was not a roofing issue, (flashing in a chimney that is not a chimney), and told me to call a chimney/masonry company. I am not sure why they would not be able to roof around the flashing. The first person I spoke to at Clear Vision was quite rude and abrupt. I then asked Anthony at Clear Vision, if the leak I called them to fix was not a roofing issue, and why I would even pay for a new roof if it was not going to fix the ONE thing I needed and requested. A masonry company fixed it, but the next year it is now leaking again, through my kitchen cabinets which are now warped. Either way, if the leak would not be fixed there was zero reasons to replace my roof.

Very pleased with my new roof. The entire process from the competetive bid to completion, went very smoothly, despite inclement weather during installation. The crew did a great job working around that, and finished in a few days. Waiting for final inspection.
