Great experience with Kyle and his crew. They did a good job, cleaned up after they were finished, and offered a competitive price.

Arrangements were made to have a tree removed on a Monday. Was called late Thursday evening that they were doing it the Friday before instead. They did not show citing a conflict with the climber and said they would be there Monday. Did not show due to schedule conflict. Showed up Tuesday. They removed tree and placed wood at Curb saying it would be picked up that afternoon. Two weeks later, the wood is still sitting at the Curb and now has the town on my case about the wood. I am sure it has killed the grass underneath by now. No answer to my texts. When I call he says it will be done that day or the next. As much as I wanted to give a good review, I honestly cant.

I paid Kyle over 3 weeks ago for tree removal. I have asked him repeatedly for a receipt, which he has never given me. I can only assume that is because he is not reporting the income. He pulled into my driveway the day after a storm took out 2 trees in my back yard and asked if I wanted a quote. He gave me a quote for $2000 to remove both trees, which seemed reasonable. He came when he said he would to remove the trees. I paid him $2100; he said the extra $100 was for tax, but that seems a bit suspicious that the tax would come to exactly $100. When he gave me the quote, I specifically asked him if that included the stumps and he said since they were already out of the ground he would remove them for the price quoted. He later said that he told me he would remove them only to where they were cut (they were not cut when he quoted me). He is young, and I decided to cut him some slack and am paying another company for the stump removal, although my insurance will not cover it. However, the fact that he cannot even give me a receipt after 3 weeks and asking for it numerous times, and that he went back on his word, illustrates that he is not ready to do business on his own.

They were not responsible and unreliable. Didnt show up when they said they going to. Took longer to do the job quoted 2-3 days and took a week. Left most of my lawn Damaged without doing any repair, promised us grass seeds to help but never received. Damaged my neighbor fence without fixing it. Now more than half of my lawn are damaged (MOST) of my grass gone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Kyle came out the same day I called him. My neighbor recommended home and I am so glad he did . Great price and amazing work.

We signed a contract with Kyle early May for removal of large tree with stump removal and haul away of stump and debris. We paid full amout before the project was completed (Our bad judgment!) The tree was taken down within a reasonable amount of time but since that time the stump and debris remain. There have been many excuses-too wet-waiting for more equipment-need to gather crew, etc. etc.. Phone calls have mostly been ignored and it has now been over 2 weeks since I have had any contact. We believe this is a failure to fulfill commitment and are asking for a partial refund.. Next will have to be legal advice. I certainly would not recommend this company. Only wish we had known that he really was not Angi list before we started.

Kyle called me stating he was with angis list, (which he is not). said he would like to quote the removal of a tree behind my garage and trim back second tree. sent his arborist over the next day for quote then came over unannounced himself 2 days later. agreed to job and price and signed contract through jobber. said his crew would be there Monday. no call, no show. this went on several times. then when you try to reach him he does not respond. when he finally showed up with equipment, which he never put planking down and with all this rain, tore up my yard bad. his crew showed up, sat around for 2 hours, and left without doing anything. the equipment sat in my yard for a week sinking into the soft ground and Kyle never showed up. he finally called me back on a Sunday morning after 3 weeks of excuses stating they would be there the next day. again, no call no show. finally got ahold of him on the following Friday, said he would be there Monday ( obviously did not happen) and then while i was at work pulled all his equipment tearing up my yard even more. i would not hire this guy to cut a dandelion out of my yard. police report has been filed for breech of contract and damage to property....next step is hiring of lawyer.
