Write a ReviewThis firm provides an attractive initial estimate, but their business practices fall short. Once I had signed the contract, they became hard to reach by phone. I attempted to place a deposit on my move using Zelle, but my bank blocked the transaction for ?security reasons.? That was the first alarm Afterward, I was told they were revamping the business due to poor reviews and had begun retraining staff. However, I still got sent to an automated messaging answering system when I called today with an urgent issue. They have 16 complaints against them at the Better Business Bureau - though they only joined last fall. When I asked why, I was told the BBB was ?Just like Yelp.? In other words, not a good indicator of a company?s performance. I contacted a new mover who told me that most moving companies dont require deposits, and that any such request could be a red flag. I canceled my estimate/ contract - and contacted my bank to dispute the reservation fee on credit card.
NO ONE ANSWERS A PHONE, NO ONE EVEN CALLS TO CONFIRM YOUR MOVE. THE ONE PERSON I FINALLY REACHED FROM THIS WEBSITE HUNG UP ON ME! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY ARE BOGUS FROM MY STANDPOINT! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! SO NOW YOU HAVE MY DEPOSIT AND WE HAVE NO MOVER!
Extensive damages to our furniture and boxes: antique furniture that is completely damaged that was wrapped when put on the truck and unwrapped when arriving, antique bed frame (unwrapped) with poster snapped in half and taped together, missing boxes, mattresses and box springs either unwrapped (I was told they would be wrapped when they arrived at the warehouse) or the wrapping was ripped exposing the mattress, missing section of a desk, missing pieces of a drafting table and Adirondack chair that was loaded intact that at some point were taken apart and now are unusable, a reclining chair that is now broken, wood furniture that was simply taped together causing damage to the furniture as well as the finish, pieces of furniture that clearly fell off and were put into our children's plastic bin of clothing by someone. Virtually every piece of furniture has some damage to them, even those that were blanket wrapped-and many of the blankets had tears in them as well, exposing the furniture underneath. Nearly ALL boxes were smashed and damaged, and we are missing boxes that contained precious heirlooms. We expect a few things to go wrong, but not to this extent. Also, the driver of the truck bullied us into signing lading form & attempted to hold our furniture hostage when we were upset about the state of the items. He then left without us being able to go through the inventory together (we did not sign). Even he acknowledged that the loading of the truck was unprofessional. Cita has not returned our phone calls now & has repeatedly not given us forms to fill out a claim after saying they would. They showed up significantly late to pick up the furniture and under prepared (not enough room in the truck or covers for the bedding) despite knowing the size of our order (having received half of the down payment). We have over 200 photos of damaged goods, which can be seen here: We want a full refund as the service was horrible.

of company is too big for them, they are just a couple very rude persons probably in a small room somewhere in a hole in Missouri. their driver cannot speak English, all my furniture delivered broken. the first available delivery date in the contract was May 29, and since their driver could not read, they tried to deliver my furniture May 26. there is no phone number or email address that they respond, so if you do not like your furniture, this broker is the best.

Their movers are straight-up the most refined ones in the field! When all other companies had denied moving my treadmills, they were the only ones up to the challenge. They secured each delicate part with padding and thick cloth and encased them completely in large blankets. I was over the moon when they arrived in one piece.
If I could rate this company more than 5 stars, Iâ d do it without any hesitation! My past 4 experiences with them have been consistently awesome! From scheduling to delivery, it was all perfect. I have nothing but praise for them!
Brant Moving day rolled around, and these folks showed up on time, armed with all the packing gear. They wrapped each thing so carefully, especially the fragile stuff. And get this they even made special boxes for the extra fragile bits!
For a last-minute move, they were super responsive. They quickly checked my stuff, gave a fair quote, and packed everything up fast. They showed they could meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
