Kris was in the area and came right away. He removed some baby Chimney "Swifts". He then installed a cap on the chimney. His work was excellent, quick and reasonable. Perhaps, I was lucky. I contacted Anji and within 2 hours the job was completed.

Kris put a new chimmney cap on my ch my chimney. He then showed me pictures of cracks around the crown of both chimneys. He added a sealant to prevent leaks from rain coming in the house. He was professional, on time, polite knowledgeable, honest, prepared. and neat. I would use him again. He took before and after pictures and took his time to explain everything to me. Kim S.

Mr. Kris Gordon was perfect. He was able to accomplish exactly was I needed which was in addition to vacuuming and the use of brushing out the back and front of my clothes dryer. Also, removed front panel of clothes dryer, and totally vacuum the inside-of clothes dryer. I assumed that all clothes dryer vent cleaners, totally serviced clothes dryers. Not the case with New Land cleaning. Mr.Terranova-owner/left brush on the entrance floor of my basement, meaning he never used it to vacuumed out the back of dryer and half cleaned the filter vent out.(My husband stood with him). I had not come downstairs yet. He did not ask for pay and I did not offer. He became upset and left. He was in my home all of 15mins.

Kris was AMAZING! Very personable and more importantly knowledgeable. He told me that my fireplace was set up as a gas lighter for wood burning instead of a classic gas burning fireplace. He saved me spending money on the wrong wood. Thanks!
