The original installer of the fireplace would not return my calls to come out and look at the fireplace. I found Randall through this website and he came out the same day and fix the fireplace and explained why it was not working, etc. He was professional, knowledgeable, and we will continue to call him when we need cleanings, etc for our fireplace.
