REPLACED SCREEN ON BACK PORCH WHICH WAS BLOWN OUT BY THE HIGH WINDS. HE DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THE WORK HE DID WAS NOT ON YOUR LIST. HE REPLACED SCREEN THAT HAD BEEN BLOWN OUT OF THE PANELS DURING THESE STORMS WE HAVE HAD i CHECKED THE TYPE OF SERVICE BECAUSE YOU DO NOT LIST A CATEGORY THAT WOULD FIT THE WORK HE DID

Job took significantly longer than quoted. Showed up past agreed upon time. Came unprepared and did not have correct tools to perform work and had to borrow tools from other on-site contractors. The work was performed satisfactorily but cleanup could have been better. Communication was inconsistent. Payment was difficult as they do not take checks but was not informed of that until after check had been written.

Response from Company:

Other contractor insurance would not cover it and the customer could not pay $600 but we charge $330 when the contractor came in being noisy and interrupted during Job saying that holding a friendly conversation we thought it would be ok to ask for a plier to make a screw short to prevent damaging waterproofing a specific time was not given when it would be done only price We arrived 30 minutes late we notified customer before then and we take checks it has to be from a local bank with owner name on it because we need a business account clean up could have been better but the customer rush staff to leave saying he had to be somewhere than we left.
