Joe was on time. Actually early called first. Showed ID and proof of insurance etc. Was funny and knew what he was doing. Did walk thru of problems with plugs etc. Was perfect when he left. The work was completed within 24 hours of the request because I had contacted another company who doubled their price once they arrived. They had indicated they could not give a proper quote without coming to my place. Surprise Surprise when he did arrive he had a standard charge sheet of costs. They said I had to pay an estimate fee even if I did not have the work done. I kicked the company out of my house. I then contacted Charter and they completed the job quickly because I was leaving for two weeks the next day. The service man was completely competent, knew what he was doing, offered advice on other projects I am considering and provided quotes. I would not hesitate to use Charter again for any other electrical work I need done and I will definitely be asking for the same service person

Robert came out, I showed him the work that I needed and he was able to not only quote me but promised to go ahead and get started right away. Price quoted was fair and reasonable. Highly recommend.

Installer was late and there was no call to let me know. When he was done, he did not put the old fan in the box and in fact, took the motor with him, which I needed to return to the manufacturer as it was defective. The company did get it returned. This weekend the owner called me and asked about my experience. He offered to make it right. I have that work scheduled later this week. I am confident that they will make it right.
