Salesman Apodaca made promises that were not true and I got stuck in a fight between sales and installation. I ended up out money fixing their sales guys mistake. He never called back and then I found out he got promoted.

From start to finish, it was a pleasant experience to work with this company. My new French doors are beautiful, solid, and shield the home from outside noises and bright sunlight. My salesman, Shaun, was thorough and patient. Celso, the installer, was so pleasant and meticulous, all day. I was so impressed that the Supervisor, Jeff, was on site and helpful. Honestly, I had never before seen a Supervisor who came at the start of the project rather than the end! I feel so great about the lifetime warranty, as well. Happy with my choice!

This is a review of the sales representative. Our installation has not happened. Patrick was awesome. Kind, intelligent and well spoken. He took time to answer all of our questions. We can tell he is proud to work for an American company who's product is 100% made in the USA. When it's time for new Windows call Champion Windows and ask for Patrick

Easiest most informative meeting ever. I met with another company and the entire meeting was 6 hours. I explained to Champion that I wanted specifics only and that exactly what I got. Martin was awesome. Covered all legalities and left with a sale. Total meeting 1 hour. Windows still coming but overall, I am very happy.
