Fine Design Windows and Doors

They did not seal one of the windows correctly which caused water intrusion causing damage to the exterior and interior walls. This was discovered about 22 months after the completed install. I contacted the company to allow them to inspect and correct if they desired but after 4 attempts there was no response. I understand they may not feel responsible after so much time had passed, but refusing to discuss shows what they think of their customers. Donna passed it on to the manager Eric who did not even respond to my email.

Eric at Fine Design has been great. They have been punctual and priced in line with other vendor and better than most. I will review after completion of impact windows installation . So far I am very satisfied with Fine Design.

Work was subcontracted and the quote did not include door frames even though they were visibly rotten at the time of the quote (it was the reason the doors were being replaced). The owner did work with me a little but relied on the fine print to try to justify and make the point out that frames had not been included? however, since I do not install doors for a living there was no way for me to even have known to ask. You rely on professionals to give you all the information you need and guide you through the process and this company did not do that part correctly.

Excellent service and very good customer services. At this point Fine Design Windows is waiting for the materials to be delivered to our home, Fine Design has always been flexible and has gone out of its way to accommodate our ideas that we have made since we first contacted them. They have always been available to try to please us.

I recently hired Fine Design Builders to install new windows in my high-rise condo and I could not be any happier. From the initial estimate visit through the post installation process the entire team at Fine Design were remarkably attentive, professional and squarely focused on providing a quality customer service experience coupled with exception products. Fine design handled all of the engineering, materials orders, coordination of permits, scheduling of inspection and most importantly (in Miami) they dealt with my condo board and managed to not only make the process smooth but I also received unsolicited kudos from the property manager on how great it is to work with Fine Design. Should you require new windows, these guys (and Donna in the front office) are the best around. You will be as delighted as I am.

Hurricane Impact Windows are not yet installed. I don't have an opinion on there work quality just yet.
