I had a new a/c installed with heat pump, all new lines. Also new air runs and insulation in the attic. Overall Iâ m satisfied. The sales, customer service and office staff were excellent. The installation was very prompt. I thought it would be a one day install but it was two. Probably my fault for not clarifying up front. Installing was done by 2 men and one was an apprentice. Both were very nice.

I know you are worried about this racket of so many people out there to do the work and you cant decide who to call .My call was the right one. Mason A/C is the best out there. I was so impressed by the staffs kindness and prompt action to my situation. I was 8 days without power and then 3 days after that. I called them they came out free that day. The next day i had a brand new one with 10 yr warranty. No worries.Take my advice im picky too. save yourself the crazy worries. They handled it perfectly and I am happy!!!ð

Very easy to work with and flexible. I have a tough attic for ductwork and the guys went above and beyond to make it right. In a couple of rooms, they had to enlarge the register opening so they could literally squeeze up into them to fit the ductwork properly. They promised they would repair the ceilings back to their original state....They hired an outside company (at their expense) to do the dry wall and re-paint work. I withheld a portion of their final payment till that work was completed. Again no issues as we trusted each other. The work was completed on time and without issue. Final payment was then made. Hire these guys! Great crew, they cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. Thank you Mason Air!!

My air conditioning suddenly stopped cooling on the evening of the day I returned from a long trip. I checked Angie's List and Mason Air was highly recommended. I also contacted two other companies on the list. Mason Air responded almost immediately, and, although we set an appointment for the following morning, got back to me saying they could send someone here between 8 and 10 PM that evening! The worker appeared right on time, and began the repair process, which gave me appropriate air flow again. Because it was late and dark out, he asked if he could return to complete checking out the unit. Again, the workman arrived as promised. This turned out to be a bigger and more expensive job that I had anticipated, but I have to give kudos to Mason Air for cleariy identifying the problem, which, unfortunately, included replacing a coil in the unit, and carefully checking out the entire system. I was so pleased with their responsiveness that I now have an annual maintenance contract with Mason Air.

When our heater/air conditioner quit working in early January, another company, with whom we have had a service contract for many years, said the problem was a bad motherboard. They said they would need to order a new one and the repair would be done in 2-3 weeks. After four weeks, with no heat in the dead of a FL winter, we called and learned that the motherboard was now on back-order until April. So, we called Mason for a second opinion. They diagnosed the problem as a sensor in the wall unit, and not the motherboard in the exterior unit. They had the repair done in less than 24 hours. We canceled out service contract with the other company and will use Mason Air Conditioning and Heating in the future. They did the repair correctly, promptly, courteously, and at a reasonable price. They were excellent in all respects.
