HIghly recommend Charlie for all your plumbing needs - he has replaced a hot water heater for us - repaired 3 toilets, replaced a washing machine line and pipes and many other little jobs - what I like best is he provides a time frame of what needs to be done now vs what may potentially be able to wait. He is also very easy to work with and accommodating!
