    My job is in getting ready to be started in the next couple of weeks. Lou White worked with and my financial problems to set up an agreement to where I may still have my dream basement started. I am very pleased that Lou went out on a limb for me and agreed to continue working with me and my special financial situation. I wanted to have my basement professional finished and be able to work with a company that I feel comfortable with.

    The workmanship from Mark and Ted was excellent. Communication was a problem with Lou and the Foreman Wes. I don't beleive they were really listening to what we wanted and how we wanted it done. The easiest part of the whole remodel project was the Kitchen and that is where we had the most problems with Wes. I think if they would have been truly listening to our wants and concerns and making complete notes of what we wanted the kitchen would have been completed properly. While working in the kitchen the workmen were being rushed because another bigger job was arranged and waiting for them. If Wes would have allowed Mark and Ted the time they needed the kitchen could have been completed properly and would not have required so much work on our part to complete everything. The new bathroom in the basement and the remodeled bathroom upstairs are gorgeous. We were very happy with that part of the job. We might consider this company again in the future only if Wes is not the foreman in charge of the job.

    The quality of Castle Home Improvement's work was good. The owner, foreman and workers were very courteous. The price of our complete bathroom remodel was competitive. The downside is that the work, which began on September 15th, and was supposed to take 7 or 8 working days, is not yet completed. The tub faucet, which was faulty, has not yet been replaced, a towel bar and three cabinet handles are still missing, and the wall of an adjacent room, in which a door had been eliminated, is badly done and has not been fixed as yet. The owner and foreman have continuallly promised that "everything would be made right," and they have done so with the exceptions I've mentioned--but it is now 6 weeks (!) since the job was started.

      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
