Castellano Custom Remodel

Started the job and half way thru he said he could not finish it and never came back. He did faulty work. I even have text from him admitting it was bad work on the shower. Have to have the shower gutted and redone. It is costing me additional money. He definitely cannot build and tile a custom shower. Tile was uneven and chipped. Installed the bathroom heating unit (gas) and it does not have a valve to bleed it. now we have no heat in the back bedroom and bathroom because there is air in the line. Do not hire this contractor he takes your money and never finishes the job.

Very kind, cleaned up after themselves, and barely knew they were here. The paint job was what I had originally pictured! I have a very happy toddler who is dying to decorate her new pretty bedroom.

Vinnie was great to work with! Every step of the way he kept me informed and offered an excellent finished product! I would highly recommend him as he is polite, fairly priced and knowledgable.

They did a great job. They were very nice and cleaned up more than they even had to. I would hire them for anything I ever need done. So great full I found them for pretty much anything I need. They did the drywall also installed doors and remodeled my bathroom.

They started the job, then never came back to finish the project. I have been trying to reach them to see if they will be returning but are now not replying to my messages. It has been over a month since they started the job.

This is a continuation of my first review of this contractor (Castellano Custom Remodel). He finally agreed to fix his mistakes and complete the job for which he was contracted. He did not build the gazebo in the picture he is showing of (Deck Repair) he only rebuilt the deck and only showed you the top of the deck, not what was underneath. He used the wrong wood for a ground contact deck which would have caused it to rot and or mold quickly. He finally agreed to come back and fix the problem only because I was going to take him to arbitration. He was furious when he had to come back Dec 3rd and was vulgar and fighting with me and my neighbors to a point the police were called. The two days he was here were like a nightmare for me. Thank God I had ring doorbell and the police saw exactly what was going on, He was told to finish the job and stop harassing everyone. I paid him 4,950.00 and he continued to say he was losing money on this job. If he did the job right the first time he would have made money. Not my fault! Beware of this contractor.

Vinnie is great to work with. Very kind and courteous. Honest and fair. Showed up and worked hard everyday, and always cleaned up afterwards. Remodeled our master bathroom, looks beautiful. Will be our go-to contractor going forward. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough how pleased I am with Vinnie. Very easy to work with . We made changes along the way and nothing was a big deal to him . Great job at at great price .
