I had a great experience working with Steve Johnson on tuning my garage door. He was prompt, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. Steve quickly diagnosed the issue and fine-tuned everything to make the door operate smoothly and quietly again. His attention to detail and friendly attitude made the whole process hassle-free. I highly recommend Steve to anyone needing garage door service—he truly did an excellent job!

The job was done right and efficiently. Steven was very professional and instructed me on how to maintain my door. He even left a can of lubricant for garage door and rails. His pricing was very reasonable and much lower than some of the other companies that gave me quotes. I highly recommend Cascade Garage Door Pro

Steven was very professional in all our dealings, from the quote to completion. I appreciate his honesty and the transparency of his quote. There were no hidden or ‘bundled’ fees, and the cost of the hardware and labor were plainly stated. He is very cost competitive and uses a quality, locally manufactured garage door.

Steve came out to replaced my garage door key pad. He is polite and pleasant to work with. The cost he gave me is significantly lower than the first quote I got from a known garage door company. I will use Steve again for my future garage door needs.
