TLDR; Never received a paid invoice/receipt after asking for 2 weeks, was completely ghosted by the person running this business, took way longer than expected and they tried to charge for work already included in original bid. Really disappointed in this companies business practice. Here's my experience: 1. I hired them for a real estate transaction where roofing work needed to be completed. 2. I was never sent an email of the roofing bid- instead was provided screenshots of a bid, which was really weird but the guy said his device was acting weird- not sending emails- so whatever I still had what was needed to proceed. 3. The work started Tuesday May 27th and I received a call that day that more work needed to be done to a walking deck, which added another $800 to the final cost of the project, great. It was found that they couldn't just replace one piece as needed due to rotting wood but instead needed to replace the entire surface of the walking deck due to wood sticking to materials once pulled up. I understand that things like this happen once work begins, its common that things are found which adds more work to the bid. My only grief with this is I feel like this was inevitable from the beginning and should have just been added with the original bid. 4. As a part of the bid it was noted that tree's would be trimmed back 1 foot from the roof. Then I get a text that they wanted to charge an extra $150 for one of the tree's touching the roof. I told them, no, that was in the bid and should be taken care of free of charge. After arguing back and forth about which tree's were included, they finally agreed to trim the tree back without charging extra. 5. May 31st the work is done and now the trailer used to haul away debris is unavailable due to unforeseen tire leaking or something to that extent. Whatever, things happen. I was told it would be handled by the next day. Finally 3 days later June 2nd its taken care of and we can pay them to close out the job. 6. This is my BIGGEST grief with the business. They finished and were paid in full on June 4th (partial payments over two days due to Zelle's daily limits). It is now JUNE 19TH and I STILL have not received a receipt, paid invoice, ANYTHING saying that yes the work is done and paid for. As a part of a Real Estate transaction I actually need this document. I have asked 10 times over the past 2 weeks and its radio silence. Not even a text back anymore. AWFUL business practice from this guy. The only reason I gave 2 stars and not one, is the work was completed and I did receive pictures of that work. Lets hope that the parties involved accept that without an invoice. I won't be doing any work with this company again.

I needed to have a roof replaced on a rental house I own. I couldn't find anyone to return my calls. I ended up on a site called The Porch, that put the word out. Cesar at CA Roofing was the only person who called. In fact, he called before I was done entering my information. He met with me the next day to check out the roof. A couple of days later, he and his crew were replacing the roof. It took two days to do the whole thing and it looks beautiful. If you need a new roof, skip all of the searching, and call Cesar. They are in the process of expanding their area, so don't hesitate wherever you are in AZ. 520.247.7395. You won't regret it.

We needed to have our 23 year old shingle roof inspected. Cesar was quick to respond and schedule a time to come to our house. He provided a quote with photos to show us the condition of our roof. He and his crew were very detailed, professional, and responded to our questions. They did a great job on clean up after the work was complete. Cesar came by to make sure the work was done to our sat.
