They were very thorough in all aspects from the beginning of the design and size down to the minute details of the color of tile, lights, water features and concrete, even paying special attention to size of benches and exact size of the steps on the tanning ledge to fit our exact needs. I always felt reassured that I was in good hands because she is very thorough and thinks of every little detail imaginable. You always feel like your satisfaction is her top priority in EVERY area: design, budget, communication, you name it! We had a few obstacles with minor things like weather delays. Lee was great with communicating with me throughout this process and even sent me pictures and updates when I was out of town for work (several times) during the build period. She went above and beyond answering all my questions and making sure everything worked perfectly. She also helped me learn and understand about pool features and maintenance. Her team was very friendly and respectful, and cleaned up the site as much as possible every day when they left. I am very pleased with Lee and her team.. Carolina Pools designed and built the pool and backyard of our dreams. They guided us through a process that allowed us to customize a pool for the benefit of our family and how we would use it. We have water features and benches inside the pool that we never knew were options. We love our hardscape and outdoor cooking area as well! I highly recommend.
