It was a pleasure meeting with Jeremy Burris today and he is absolute BEST. He discussed with us so many options to consider as possibilities, from ready made and available to install by his company in hours to custom ones I described as my "dream option". He really worked with our ideas and layout to give us the best possible option that will increase our home value, too. Unfortunately, we probably wouldn't be able to use more economically sensible manufactured option due to our bathroom layout, but it was absolutely incredible to deal with someone who provided us with all their options without extra pressure to buy. Jeremy really cares to make sure that the job is done right, and it's very much appreciated.

Had to listen to sales pitch with both my husband and I present. Gave me quote of $12000 for replacing existing tub/shower with walk-in shower. I signed contract but used 3 day cancel clause to back out. Then someone else came to talk with us and gave us quote of $8000 for basically the same shower with a minor detail change. They were prompt and finished within one day. We had a minor issue with the mixer valve on faucet not being set correctly. They came out within a day or so and fixed it. Overall, we were pleased. I just think they should have a set price. I felt like we were taken advantage of by the initial salesman.

I really liked the shower that was installed. I wish that I had glass doors installrd instead of a rod for shower curtain. I really do not like the shower curtain but I was told it was better than glass doors.
