Carmel Exteriors LLC performed a complete roofing replacement, gutter replacement and interior painting on our house, related to storm/hail damage. They provided active insurance claim assistance at every step of the way beginning with documentation of the extent and specifics of the damage using modern drone technology. They were present during the insurance company inspection, properly documenting the needed repairs and costs in a manner that was acceptable to the insurance company and filing the necessary documents. Their service and workmanship were outstanding, as was their communication throughout the project. The company also includes a guarantee that goes far beyond any I have seen in this industry. These are good and highly competent people to work with. I highly recommend them.

Our roof was damaged in a hail storm a few weeks ago. Demand for roofing was high and most companies were charging a super premium price, and even more if the insurance would pay it! Carmel exteriors did not price gouge us, although they were not the cheapest, with a great warranty! They backed that up with professionalism in the actual roofing. We are highly pleased and would recommend them!

It has been a few weeks since we had Carmel Exteriors LLC replace the roof and paint the trim on our house. We wanted to wait some time because we wanted to make sure no leaks or problems appeared, and we must say we have been nothing but pleased after many rainy days! Actually getting the work done was a lot faster than expected. We have never had to replace a roof before but we definitely did not expect it to be done in 2 days! Even though the work was completed quickly it was obvious that they are professionals. Not even a nail was found after they left! We surely recommend Carmel Exteriors Roofing. Maybe they are not the cheapest option, but you get a much higher quality experience!

The work went smoothly despite multiple consecutive days of rain. The guys came out even when they knew they likely would not be able to work a full day! We were impressed with their dedication. We were also impressed with their willingness to meet the requirements I have them. We had iron framed Gates and we are concerned that we would not be able to find a company to install them. Sean was very patient and accommodating throughout the process!

Absolutely amazing service! We could not have asked for quality and detail. Our new roof and gutters look fantastic! Dallas and his crew took the time to protect our landscaping and flowers and completely cleaned up after the project. Deciding on which company to trust was a difficult decision to make, especially when spending a good deal of money! Believe me when I tell you that you will get more than your money's worth with them!

This is our second time using Carmel exteriors. They did a great job on everything. We had a rafter that was cracked that they fixed! We know who to call in the future!
