Dependability and timeliness unacceptable. Initial appointed was missed with no phone call or record of my appointment, although I received confirmation call a day prior. After work was completed the next day, I was promised invoice that evening. 4 days has passed and still no invoice or report of service has been received. Called and left messages several times, one call was actually answered and I was promised invoice in next few minutes after the call. Now hiring another contractor. The aforementioned has delayed the closing on my house.

I wrote a check for their service and I asked to give me a bill, he said that the company will email me the bill. They did not send me any documentation for my expenses. I will need that for my tax return.

Capital Innovations messed up on the scheduled appointment time. I had to call to get an update three times. They ended up coming in the next day. Other than that, Juan was really nice (very apologetic for missing the appointment), very helpful and reasonable price-wise. I would use them again.

We had issues once the Waerheater was re-installed. Capital Innovations made two additional trips out to at no charge to correct it.

Of the 4 estimates I received Juan provided the only detailed line item estimate (in a PDF), showing not only the hardware to be installed - with complete (not partial) part numbers, but also showing the actual work to be done (install a condensate over-flow shut off switch, re-work the condensate drain, clean the line set, etc-etc. Arrived on time for estimate and then the job. From boot covers to drop clothes, they took great care to protect carpet and hardwood flooring - even swept afterwards. The system appears to be running just fine. The kicker? Lowest cost provider by far. I'm sold.

Capital Innovations came over for an estimate on a potential duct repair work. He crawled in the attic space to investigate and didn't find anything wrong. He saved me a lot of money for what others wanted to charge hundreds for. I gave him $50 for his time and peace of mind...would definitely hire again.

On time and on budget. Lowest cost provider but quality was great. Came promptly, installed efficiently, and cleaned up afterwards. Too small a shop to provide financing.
