Matthew did an excellent job, he was on time and went above and beyond. He didnt just throw up a regular gate, he cut it at an angle and made it specific to my area.

There was an instant connection with Matt. I identified the work that needed to be done, and he had the tools and the know how to repair my gutter that had been blown onto my deck by strong winds. He also replaced my flood lights. The work was excellent, and the price was very fair. The company definitely gets my highest recommendation.

Matt at Capital Builders was great to work with, and I am very happy with how the exterior door installation turned out. I wanted a new entry door and found one I liked online. Matt helped me order the door to specification, even creating a builders account to get me a discount. He helped me order hardware I liked and also stopped by to help bring it in when the delivery truck dumped it in my driveway. He then trimmed and installed the door, and the installation looks great! Matt did a wonderful job and charged a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Yes, this contractor appears to be friendly and we paid him for his work. The problem started when we asked him to do additional work. We asked for a price but he said he would only be able to give us the price once the project was completed. When he presented us the bill, it was 3 times higher than HomeAdvisors highest estimate and much higher than any contractor would have charged. When we disputed this with him, he became very aggressive and began calling my phone throughout the day. He then showed up at my house many times banging on the front door and shouting for his money; to the extend that we almost called the police. This has been a very unpleasant experience and I would not recommend this person. Beware! If he does any work for you, get everything in writing.

Highly recommend!! Mr. Perrin and his team swept in and rescued my project at a critical juncture in my deck repair. He handcrafted beautiful, specialized stringers for my porch that other companies would not touch. His team primed and. painted a very detailed and intricate deck railing with amazing results. My deck is fully restored and gorgeous!

Capital Builders did a great job installing 2 doors at my home. They were upfront, honest, and completed the work in a timely manner. I was impressed by the positive attitude, skill, and knowledge they brought to the project. The experience in door installation was very evident.

I had carpet entrance flooring removed beautiful laminate planks installed. New room painting including ceiling plus requiring inside balcony outside for ceiling fans with lights. Assisted getting my antique sofa repair Re-upholstered. This is the only contractors I would have work with my home. They are honest have always listened to what I wanted done!!! No one else will do!!!

The custom bookshelves they built and installed look great and I really appreciate their communication throughout the project and really going the extra mile.
