Just happy over all so far. Job is still in progress.

The installers were very good. Office communication could be better, overall results were very good, like the look.

The first person, Tony, we dealt with was awesome! Unfortunately he moved on and left the company. We had signed a contract and paid a $1000 deposit but never heard from anyone. I finally reached out to the owner and he put us on the calendar to start work in a couple of weeks. We then went through multiple supervisors for our backyard makeover. None were half as knowledgeable as Tony. Finally had to call the owner out. He did make things right but not like it could have been.

2 idiots showed up without masks. I told them they were not coming on my property without masks. They said they did not have any. They left. I do not do business with fools.

The synthetic turf installation was great. It took twice the amount of time as originally promised, but we’re very happy with the results. Communications was not exactly good, but the job was.

Work well done. Everything I was looking for. Tony and his staff were courteous efficient & professional.

Not much went right. Artificial turf burnt 3 times before they figured out the problem, then the final installation piece does not match the rest of the lawn. The blue print does not match the final product. They pulled out my fully mature, manicured box woods, then replaced with immature 5 gallon plants, and no other compensation. Concrete is higher than bottom of my gate, so I will have to raise my gate and fence before I patch concrete through to my back yard (which will not be done by California Turf and Landscaping). This was never even addressed with me after I questioned it. They tore out my front yard before I had HOA approval. Not once was I given a date and time for projects, they just showed up at my doorstep at 7 in the morning. I am a single woman and trusted who I thought were the professionals. Too many things went wrong to chalk it up to simple common mistakes. Very unprofessional, with a lack of expertise and customer service. I highly recommend you steer clear of them for your artificial turf and concrete needs. Whats done is done, and now I am forced seek another company to fix my artificial lawn. I am just trying to help others avoid my same predicament. Pictures available of all issues, if needed.

I worked with Mitch, really great experience! I have a very small back yard and wanted synthetic grass and bark. It really turned out nice! Thank you! I would definitely call again for another project!
