Two appointments set to repair my hot water heater and both appointments were a no call no show and can not get in contact with the business or owner at all, hire a company that will actually come and do the work not have you wait around for them for two days

Cabrera Property Homes was willing to take a very small job - expanding a raised, level concrete pad for our washer and dryer in our old, 1911 basement. The price was more than fair; they came out almost immediately; were kind and professional; cleaned up after themselves; contacted me to give me updates before they were able to arrive. Just what I needed.

Cabrera Property did an amazing job! They fixed my water damaged subfloor and installed hardwood in my bedroom, kitchen and hallways. They always arrived on time, were quick and thorough. Fernando was such a pleasure to work with especially after some not so great experiences with big box installers. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. Even went in middle of job to get trim for doors and install it. Perfect job and know I will be hiring him to do my backsplash and shiplap once cabinets and countertops are in. Thank you again!
