Write a ReviewBest place I ever worked for!) No corners cut and Customer Satisfaction, Guaranteed!!
Just had Bill at my house. His attention to detail and the prep work made the finished product excellent!
I just wanted to let you know how much I have enjoyed working with your company and the very professional and extremely polite young men who you have employed. In today’s world it is hard to find a company that expects their employees to be proud of the work that they do. Thank you for caring enough to hire those exact kind of young men. I will certainly recommend your company without hesitation. Thank you all for a job well done! Doris Ference
Communication issues: Post sale getting anyone on the phone was next to impossible. I finally gave us and stuck to text or email. Internally they don’t communicate, the PM had no recollection from conversation to conversation, the sales guy and owner didn’t seem to ever communicate with the PM. Made several appointment that they were exceedingly late for or just no call no showed. Paint: The color we originally selected (Gray with a tinge of green) and what they originally put on the cabinet boxes was off by several shades, I’m very glad we made them leave the sample door with us so we could compare. We had them change to Dover Gray because "greens are hard". There are multiple bleed over lines onto our wood floor, I’ll be on my hands and knees with a razorblade fixing this for several hours. Missed some paint on the trim. Missed painting behind the fridge, they did correct this (PM didn’t catch it, I did) They didn’t drop the microwave to paint behind it as promised in the sales process. Actual Install: Dismissive of my wife. The PM completely blew off my wife’s concerns about the cabinets not lining up and needing a different face for the bottom of a 4 stack set of cabinets, in the end I had to get on the phone with the owner and send pictures to get it replaced. The replacement cabinet face is 3/16” narrower than the other 3 making the lines inconsistent in the 4 drawer stack. Doors and drawers are different widths by ¼”, they have tried to center them as best they can given the poor tolerances in production. It just doesn’t look correct. Mangled the hardware on my rev-a- shelf then used a hammer to straighten it out rather than buy new hardware. Bent the rails on another rev-a-shelf, the PM could not figure it out, I bent the rails back into shape. Mis installed the rev-a-shelf for the trashcan, I discovered and fixed it this morning. Doors on pull outs are ¾” shorter than the other doors on the island, the installer said “that’s ok because they are on different planes, no one will notice”. Face of one of the cabinets looks to have been damaged in transit, installer said “its wood, it’s a natural product, you can’t expect it to be perfect”. Left lots of sawdust and screws behind on the floors and inside the cabinets and drawers. All photos here were taken after I paid the final invoice and they were “complete”. Michael (the owner) has referred my communication to him back to Marshall (the sales guy).
Long stressful experience. I canâ t go into detail with all of the issues we encountered because there were so many. I do not recommend using Cabinet Craft finishes. We should have only had them replace the door faces and paint but unfortunately we made the mistake of having them build a custom island, additional cabinets and other carpentry work. The quality and craftsmanship are certainly below what we expected for what we paid. Our general impression is they sold us on the work without having the skill or expertise to do it. With the amount of scratching, chipping and dents we already have to the faces and frame within a month, we will be redoing this work within a couple years. **Update: Despite assurances from the owner, Michael, that he would address our concerns by January, we've yet to hear from them. Despite our persistent attempts to reach out via calls, texts, and emails, there's been no response. We even offered to take matters into our own hands and fix the kitchen ourselves if only they'd guide us on material sourcing, yet they've remained unresponsive. While it's tempting to attribute this silence to our review, it's unacceptable for any business to neglect customer follow-up. We paid them $5,500 to build a new kitchen island, only to receive a subpar product fraught with issues. From misaligned doors to the absence of essential features like a required electrical outlet and proper trash compartmentalization, the island falls short of basic standards. Their inability to mount the trash pullout door properly left us with unsightly holes and a shabby result. Visitors have remarked on the poor craftsmanship, echoing our disappointment. Initially, Michael was charming and attentive during the sales pitch. However, his demeanor shifted post-sale. Despite multiple complaints, he reached out only once to discuss the issues, never bothering to inspect the problems firsthand. Furthermore, our project manager, whom we contacted for assistance, seems to have parted ways with the company. Our only recourse is to document our experience here for potential customers to make informed decisions. It's regrettable that what began as a promising transaction devolved into such a disheartening ordeal.

We had granite installed with nearly 0 damage other than minor paint touch up and replacing some slides due to dust. I also see that CCF said we should have just replaced the cabinets, so why did they sell us on their services and claim that they could do the job? That's a poor excuse considering we replaced the old kitchen island and had them build us a NEW wall cabinet and both of those are worse than the old builder grade cabinets we have. They also stated that they tried their best to resolve our issues however they have still not replied with any information about paint colors, or sourcing material so we can fix these issues ourselves, at our cost. CCF is also trying to claim that some of these photos were taken before the project was complete, which is also not true- this is how our kitchen looks at present time.
We were disappointed we were unable to satisfy this customer. The review includes some pictures taken before the project was completed or issues caused by other contractors. This home had builder grade cabinets that had been very poorly painted by a previous company. Replacing all of the cabinets likely would have been a better option from the beginning. Multiple CCF employees were willing to work late and communicate with the client into late evening hours and weekends. Many extra trips were made to address issues caused by other contractors or very minor things at no additional cost, in an attempt to satisfy the customer. The invoice was paid in full and the job was closed. We always try and do our best to set proper expectations and over emphasize any potential downsides or limitations prior to starting a project. We never want to start a job or work with a client if we think we won't be able to meet their expectations. Unfortunately this was a rare situation we were not able to do so and although the job was completed in full we appreciate the feedback and wish the customer the best of luck.
excellent quality. professional and polite staff.
he was great
We've had a lot of work done on our house over the years, and I've never had such an exceptional experience with a company as we did with Cabinet Craft Finishes. The team bent over backwards to make sure everything was perfect. Typically with this kind of work, I'm having to point out issues as we go along to make sure things get fixed, but not with this company--I'd come home and they'd tell me about a problem they noticed and were in the process of immediately fixing (stuff like "we took some doors back to refinish because they got scuffed during transit" and "these doors aren't closing correctly with your old drawers, so we're sending our carpenter back out to rework things"). I had high confidence in the end result because they were so clearly paying attention to every detail and making sure it was excellent. The communication at every stage of the process was fantastic--any time there was a shift in schedule, they'd reach out via phone and text and confirm things with us. Every person we interacted with was warm and professional. (Shout out to Tanner, who was the main person on our job--he did beautiful work and was friendly and kind throughout the process.) And the cabinets are absolutely gorgeous now.
Very professional, excellent finish, a pleasure to work with!
