Mike was easy to work with, helped design kitchen, was able to give 3-D plan of what kitchen would look like, workers were professional, good, experienced, and had pride in job done. only had problem with countertop on island and Mike personally came to inspect and is having countertop company replace it. countertop had scratches all over it. Mike made it a point to get fixed, he was disappointed with workmanship.

Cabinet The boss was to remodel my kitchen. I went to the showroom and chose a high-grade cabinet with a custom pantry. As the owner said, with all the bells and whistles. They installed contractor-grade cabinets even though my contract said they were not the ones I ordered. The oak wood floor was inferior planks, only about 24 inches, and nothing was done to the specifications in the contract. I had many sleepless nights. I was so upset. The counters were uneven, 2 overhand on some and 1/2 on others. I got a lawyer and he sent someone to evaluate the work. He said I could sue him and win based on drawings and inferior work, but did I really want him back in my house? I gave up and had someone else finish the work. Horrible people, a $70,000 lesson.

Kathy, our last correspondence was in an email dated June 10, 2021, like with many other emails and telephone calls we sent and made, you chose not to respond and try to resolve the issue. Instead, you decided to write a negative review over a year later. We explained why the cabinets you chose would not work and tried to rectify the situation. Not to go into further detail but you threatened with legal action. We would have been more than happy to speak with your attorney but unfortunately, we never heard from them. In an email dated June 29, 2021, almost a month later, and still not having heard from your attorney and you still not willing to talk to have this issue resolved, we asked for your attorney number so we could reach out to them. Once again no response. As we have offered so many times in the past year, please contact us so that we can further discuss our options.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
