Carlos does not do a good job. Carlos will very rarely do the job himself. And Carlos will send other people. Very poor pool maintenance. Carlos Will not maintain right pool pH. Carlos Will not maintain right pool balance. Your pool will end up with algae stain. Very poor customer service. Carlos will not answer phone calls. Not recommended.

I was impressed how fast he responded. He immediately cleaned my pool and assessed my needs. However, we will see how the service goes.

They did not follow through with promises regarding rebate

Response from Company:

instructions and paper work was given to this Customer , rebates in this case come from DWP , not from CSP . Customer eventually did get His rebate . DWP decides how when to issue rebates and at their time frames , lead times on rebates vary .
