Stacy was great to work with. He was responsive, thorough, and performed quality work. He helped us with a drainage issue in our front yard that would flood in hard rains. We now have a yard drain with a sump pump. He has even been responsive after the job in helping us monitor the system and make sure we are getting the full benefit from it. Highly recommend this professional (and have to my friends).

I hired this company to perform removal of five trees, regrading of yard to properly slope yard away from the house, and installation of downspout extensions and French drains to prevent standing water and saturation around the foundation of the house. With recent heavy rains, the drainage changes are moving rain water away from the house to a city easement. As a result of these changes in yard drainage, I no longer have black feet from moldy grass; nor do I sink in mud near the home foundation.

We had yard drainage problems and water was standing around our house. We were worried about our foundation with all the rains we have had. We called C&S Landscaping and our call was quickly returned. He came to our house to look at our problem quickly and was very knowledgeable. He made great recommendations to remedy the problems and didn t try to add things to up the price. The work was started and finished in timely manner. The standing water problems are resolved. Their price was well below the other two estimates we had. We will always go to C&S Landscaping first for all future projects and highly recommend.

I was in need of a couple loads of gravel and spread for the foundation for a 20 X 30 metal building. Stacy had to work around the heavy rainfall in the area but as soon as the opportunity came he was on site and done. The was the second time I have used this company for a job.

The workers were very knowledgeable, showed up on time at the time that was agreed-upon, and were very polite. They finished the job in a quick professional way and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely use them again.

We hired C&S Hauling and Landscaping for a major re-landscaping project to improve the drainage of our back yard. The job included removing a dozen mature trees, re-grading the lot, installing a French drain system to move water from our lot to the neighborhood retention pond, building a retaining wall to help level out part of the yard, hauling in and spreading over 100 tons of topsoil, building a flagstone walkway and installing sod. Stacy and his crew did an excellent job at a fair price. They were easy to work with, accommodated our change requests without complaint, worked consistently to get the job done in a timely manner and did their best to minimize the impact of the work on our daily life. Above all, Stacy was trustworthy and did what he said he would do. We are more than pleased with the results and are already planning to use C&S for a couple of other future yard projects.
