Living in Cheboygan, Michigan, it can be hard to find a trustworthy contractor. We are so glad we found Community Construction through their website, CommConstruct.com. We ended up hiring them to completely remodel one of our bathrooms. We wanted to change from a standard bathroom with a tub and shower to a beautiful tiled walk-in shower, along with a new tiled floor and new vanity. My wife and I are extremely happy with the results and highly recommend them.

We are extremely satisfied with the work Community Construction performed for us. We initially hired Community Construction to replace wood siding on our home with split shake vinyl siding. They were very helpful in the process of selecting the replacement siding product, giving us presentations on several products that were available. Their pricing was very competitive and the product we ended up selecting was perfect. Halfway through the project a violent storm rolled through the area, uprooting a large tree which fell on our house. Community Construction picked up the ball and ran with it, lining up a contractor to remove the tree off the house when it was almost impossible to get a tree contractor to do the work because of the extensive storm damage in the area. They were also very experienced in working with insurance companies to insure that we got the maximum compensation from our coverage. I don't know what we would have done without their assistance in navigating the insurance process. Community Construction coordinated and performed all of the repairs from the storm damage including replacing the entire roof on the house and garage. I would highly recommend them and will definately use them for future projects. Their workmanship is professional and their pricing is competitive.

We hired Community Construction to install a new front door, storm door as well as two doors off our garage that were old and needing replaced. They came quickly for an estimate and were always responsive to my questions and great with communication throughout the install. We are VERY happy with how the doors turned and will be hiring them to do other projects for us at our home!!

We hired them to remove our skylights. They did a good job removing them, reroofing, and taking care of the debris. They were friendly and courteous. I would hire them again.

I couldn't get some company's to call me back but Community Construction did. They worked around my schedule to meet with me and provided an accurate estimate of the repairs needed. Very friendly and easy to work with I strongly recommend.
