Simply Rooter and Septic

Owner was very harsh when he spoke to me made me uncomfortable sent his tech to do the work he has never performed before (straight from the techs mouth) the job was not completed I stopped them from returning.

Pro was very responsible, answered all questions we had. Finished much quicker than expected. Just want to say thank you, and would recommend again.

I canâ  t say enough about the excellent service and quality of their work! They were contacted on Monday and my septic was installed and completed by Friday. To boot I am all the way out in Apache Junction.My neighbor were all so very impressed with their workmanship.They also took care if all the paperwork. I called several septic companies in the valley before I inquired with Angies list for a quote. Simply septic was the only company to respond. Their quote was what I would expect and was well under what anyone else quoted. Once I contracted with them they were efficient and very professional. They completed the job to satisfaction. I was in need of a whole new septic system. Shane came out to my property within 36 hours and knew what to do right away. He dropped off the parts the next day and began work right away. There were a couple of minor issues, but he came back and resolved those very quickly. All is great and I'm so very happy to have this new septic system up and running!

I was referred to Shane by one of my tenants as we had been having continued clogging issues in my commercial building. I worked with 3 plumbers prior and he was the first to find the true issue. As a result, "surprises" were minimal, and his original price quote was accurate. The work was done with minimal disruption, on time, and finished with care.
