Proceed with caution. After Shane Green installed my tankless water heater, it performed defectively. While taking my first shower, the water temperature changed from warm to dangerously scalding hot water without any warning. The day after installation, I requested a service call. Two months later, and over 15 no-shows of scheduled service calls, I am convinced they have no intent to ever show up and fix the problem. I have since hired someone else to fix my tankless water heater and now it works perfectly.

Response from Company:

This is not exactly how this situation happened. First of all, we charged him the same amount for 2 tankless hot water heaters and a whole house filtration unit that other companies were charging for 1 standard hot water heater. It did take us some time to get back out for a service call, however, I was in constant communication with this customer and was in contact with the representative for the unit that we installed. He states that another company went out and that they fixed the issue however all they did was recalibrate the unit which we told him we could come out and do and he had another company out anyway. They tried to tell him that they needed to do $4,000 in repairs which were not true and had the customer order a control board for the unit that he did not need. Once the units were recalibrated they have been in complete working order with no issues to date. At the time customer was waiting for a service call he disputed the charges and took the full amount that we charged him. He was very belittling and rude to me directly but finally ended up paying the balance and I added a discount to the work that we did to cover the service fee for the other company that he had gone out to. In the time since we settled the issue and received payment, he has disputed the charges unwarranted again. We did what we could to try and handle this situation professionally on our end.

You can tell that this company is family based and values customer relationships. We were in need of emergency services late one night. They responded quickly and were out that night. They were able to identify the issue quickly and have us up and running that night. They were knowledgeable and got the job done right away.

These guys have the best customer service! I reached out to them because my kitchen sink was backing up. They responded quickly and were out the same day. They were able to cable and hydro-jet the drain lines in my home to clear out the blockage. They then did a camera inspection to make sure that everything was cleaned out. They provided me with the camera footage as well to show the drain lines in my home all clean and functioning properly. They were very professional and friendly and made sure that we were taken care of like family. We will definitely use them again as well as recommend them to all of our friends and family in the future.
