CNC Hauling LLC

My tenants left personal items (A LOT of items) in my investment property. CNC removed all the junk from all 3 floors of the property and cleaned the property. They also mowed the lawn, trimmed bushes, and removed vines, etc. CNC did an excellent job and was professional. I live out of state, and they sent pictures and videos and gave me updates throughout the process. I HIGHLY recommend CNC for your hauling needs and overall property management.

Arrived late and never got a call. Put deep scrapes on basement staircase walls and never mentioned it.

Good follow-up, on time very courteous. Price was better than others I contacted. Final amount was slighty higher, but that was my fault, since I asked about one additional item. I ended up keeping that item but it was included on final bill. I called the extra a tip for prompt service! It was worth every dollar to clean stuff out.
