I contacted C&M and received a timely response from Corey. I had a wood privacy fence in need of repair. He came out within days to give me a quote Due to the condition of the fence he was very accommodating in getting the job done within a matter of 2 weeks! Corey and Missy did a meticulous job, working in less than desirable weather too. It’s hard to find trustworthy and quality craftsmanship these days, fortunate I found them and will continue to call them for future work. Highly recommend!!!!

We first used Corey in November when we needed to replace our attic stairs. He was so professional that we selected him to do our Master Bath remodel and we could not have been happier. The remodel was a total gut job and took about 4 weeks. Despite single digits weather through most of the job, Corey showed up like clockwork every day and put in a full day (never a complaint). His work (plumbing, carpentry, etc) was top notch and we could not have been more pleased. He was also one of the easiest people to work with. Corey now is my go to person for big and small jobs!! You wont go wrong picking C and M Construction.

Corey is a great guy! Very professional and hard working. We had him add trimwork to our two story wall to frame out our living room and foyer. The wood that is on our railing to our loft was installed 20 years ago. He managed to mix stains together to come up with a very close color. It looks beautiful! We will definitely hire him for other projects!

Corey was excellent. He showed up to give his estimate which was very reasonable. He was patient through the process because I was dealing with fha. The work was excellent. He fixed my front steps and replaced my back steps all in one day.

(This was to replace my attic stairs - no selection for this in the application) Corey and Missy did an excellent job replacing my attic stairs. The old ones were a non-standard size, which required some craftmanship. The whole effort took about 2.5 hours, and every step of the way, Corey was taking his time to do a perfect job. He truly cares and takes pride in his work. I was very pleased with the end product. Corey and Missy were punctual and very friendly and professional. I truly felt at ease with them in my home and am thinking of asking them to quote other projects for me. In this day and age, this courteous, professional attitude, and attention to detail are rare. Corey and his wife are courteous, skilled, and diligent workers. They made clear in writing exactly what they would do to resurface our deck and make the stairs safe. The estimate of cost was reasonable and fair. Corey solved one unforeseen problem in our deck stairs without raising the price. He and his assistant/wife work quietly and efficiently, and they cleaned up well after the job was done. The only sign that they had been there was a little sawdust in the back yard. We would hire him again â and hope to, as home-maintenance problems arise. Corey has the good, old-fashioned American work ethic. He takes pride in his work. Also heâ s easy to communicate with by phone. Five stars!
