Work is fine. Scheduling is horrible - he can't keep appointments and does not feel like communicating issues. We have stayed at home and cancelled other arrangements for him. Carpet install seemed fine - however glue seeped through the seam and he has yet to come to repair the seam. In spite of that, we are considering him for flooring. He has good prices. For flooring, we might pay competition slightly more because of the scheduling issues. We have an flooring estimate at ridiculously low price from Luna. We are still keeping Carlos in the running. With some attention to common business sense, he could have rated lot better. Had he been responsive to fixing up the issue with seam and do so in a timely manner, I would have gladly given 5 starts to the work.

We recently had hard wood flooring put in our house. We used cmc Flooring LLC. Their price could not be match and Carlos and his crew worked very hard. They did an excellent job. They also clean up after. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a very well done and professional looking hard woods!

Carlos did a great job. My floor is beautiful. He was quick to respond to my initial request for a quote and got the job done promptly. Great customer service and great quality work!

The only issue I had with CMC was cleanup. They could have done a better job with that. Overall very satisfied

Carlos from CMS is amazing! He removed the backsplash that was in my kitchen and replaced it with a marble backsplash. I am constantly getting compliments. I would recommend him to friends and family. His prices are reasonable, he shows up on time and finished the job in two days. He stayed true to his quote (no surprises) and was super friendly. I am having him come back to replace the tile in my bathroom. As a single, female homeowner, I appreciated his honesty and integrity. Thank you Carlos!

CMC's outstanding service included bringing several carpet and vinyl samples which made the selection very easy. Another company would not come to my home until I went to their store first to select flooring which is most difficult with our work schedules. Another co did not even return my call. Our bathroom floor looks beautiful and plan on calling them back to schedule carpet in 3 rooms. Highly recommend CMC

We hired CMC Flooring to replace flooring in our finished basement. We chose carpet in half of the basement and a new luxury vinyl plank product - called Fusion Hybrid - in the other half. Carlos was fantastic. He worked around my schedule for the quote, as well as the installation. He made recommendations for flooring materials that he felt would work well in our situation and even made special arrangements to meet me at his warehouse so that I could pick up some samples. He and his crew did a quality job, and I felt that they treated my home and belongings with respect. They were also able to do our job quickly, which was one of my initial requirements. Above all, I can't say enough about Logan, Carlos' office administrator. Logan kept me informed every step of the way. She was responsive to my questions and really understood the need to ensure quality customer service. I would have rated CMC Flooring well anyway, but Logan made the whole experience much simple and more pleasant. Thank you!

Enjoyed working with CMC to get my rental taken care of while stationed in another state. Very clean work, quick scheduling and flexible on the payment.
