Look no further! We researched, got quotes and nobody made us feel more at ease then Carlos. He and his crew work extremely hard. We live on a third floor condo and they busted themselves hauling up the materials and getting the place ready. They removed our old dusty carpet and installed hardwood. We are so pleased. We trusted them from day 1 - gave them keys to let themselves in, and we have 3 kitties. They were great all around. On the day they were finished, I came home and saw that they had moved all of the bins we piled up out of the kitchen for us so we didn't have to deal. Top notch all around. We will hire them again for our kitchen when we get ready to do remodel.

They were complete in three days as estimated. We had some trouble during the communication phase before hiring them but it was possibly due to Thanksgiving timeframe. The floor looks pretty good, not as even as I had hoped for. My biggest concerns are 1) They did not cap an entryway between the laid tile and hard wood floor exposing an uneven lay of tile. 2) there is a section along the edge of the tile and cabinets where a 2-3" gap exists. 3) The grout lines seem to show evidence of cracking, hopefully this will go away when we wipe down the tiles again.

I hired Carlos to build a walkway in the front of my home. I explained how I wanted the walkway done, to properly grade it and set loam graded around it away from walk prior to starting project. He did not do as was asked and discounted my request as being the wrong way to do it regardless of my explaining the water issue I had in front of my steps. The entire walkway he built was completely under 2" of water within two days after a bad day of rain! My water problem - now 3x worse because he did not do as I requested!! When I sent him a picture of the walkway, I got no response. He also parked his trailer on my newly hydroseeded lawn and left it there for three days. Then when he came back to get it, drove over the new hydroseed sinking in with tire marks leaving a mess! I told him I wanted a refund, hung up on me. Don't hire them to do a walkway. They don't use the right tools or materials. I have pictures. Had to have the walkway re-done by another landscaping company who verified that Carlos used the wrong brick, stone dust base and only went down 4". When I asked his worker, Mark who built it, if he used gravel underneath the base he told me "yes". The landscape co. that For the owner to hang up on a customer after this situation says a lot. The tile work the grout work is also starting to come apart in the kitchen.

Most of the work was done while I was not around and my wife was out of town. So there were a few detail decisions made by the contractor that were not what we expected. Overall, we are happy with the result. The decisions were part of keeping the cost down.

Provided a very reasonable quote and was able to schedule the job quickly. The tile entry way and kitchen came out great! I would highly recommend them!!

Great job. Could of issues with nail and staple heads under the linoleum. Quick and efficient.

I was looking to extend my existing patio into part of my yard. I started with HomeAdvisor and got a few recommendations including CMC Flooring. To be honest I did not call them because I saw they were a flooring company and assumed HomeAdvisor was mistaken. I got a few quotes from other companies and they were all relatively close in price for an 11 x17 foot area. Carlos (owner) then called me and I was surprised to hear they did, in fact, install patios. So he came out and gave me a price for a 14 x 20' area with a very appealing border and curved design rather than a rectangle like the other companies. The price was exactly the same as the other companies but with Cambridge Paving Stones, a border, larger footprint and his guys were going to hand-dig the area instead of using a skid steer like all the other companies. Good news for my lawn. I was sold. Two weeks after the consult, Carlos and four of his guys showed up and knocked it out in a day. He anticipated two days but he had a large crew that day and they got it done. The quality is great and the shape, color, border goes great with my existing patio. I would highly recommend his work. Don't be hesitant because the name has 'flooring' in it!

Before we hire him he was very fast in answering our calls. After the work was completed we call Carlos a few months after to complete a very small area with carpet do to the fact that we had a door replaced..he returned the texts 2 weeks after in more than 3 occassions.For the big proyect he answered fast for the samll stuff he did not bother in calling back.I would not recomend them.
