Carlos, the owner of the company handled all of the negotiation and initial project ideas. He was not the one doing the work. The work was quality the timing was good and the price was very competitive. The only negative I could come up with is that my grass was torn up quite a bit due to the wet weather and the trailer and van getting stuck in my yard.

Looked fine for the first few months, now the floor squeaks like crazy to the point I'm considering tearing it up.. They also shot a couple nail into a cold water pipe that finally let loose a month back after the nails plugging the pipe rusted out. What did they do wrong: poor or no underlayment , didn't let much of the wood acclimate long enough. I have some gapping from the dryness of the winter. The job itself took a long time (too long,) as they seemed to be overcommitted on various jobs, this was very disruptive. Nice people, but doesn't make up for a sub par job.

Do not hire this company I hired them to install tile flooring and shower. they are a bunch of hacks half ass work at best it took them 3 weeks to almost finish the job ( I gave up and paid them just to get it over with). Carlos told me that he was going to fire the 2 workers one of them that was using my toilet as a cutting bench leaving me to buy a new one. Very messy left over grout everywhere tile drippings all over the place. To me the firing should start with him . I had to supply them with drop cloths because i was tired of cleaning up. JUST STAY AWAY!!

I was looking for a tile replacement service for a shower. We hired them and gave the job even though their quote was slightly higher than other contractors we contacted based on the belief that we will be getting quality work (and based on better reviews here). We are left with a very bad experience and wanted to share so others don't do the same mistake. They gave us wrong tile than initially showed - we went along thinking its not a big deal if they do a good job of installing them. Before the job - we asked them if they could install the shower accessory and got a very confident yes (we provided the accessory) - they did a bad job and bathroom is leaking. We called, emailed, texted and after 3 months (yes 3 freaking months) the bathroom is still not usable for a job that should have been a 3 day project at the most. I amnot sure how others gave them 5 stars but we are left with a very bad experience - I can give further info if anyone want to know.

Hi Nanda, This is the first time that we are hearing about any issue regarding the tiles. If you thought they were not the tiles you picked out, you should have said something. The only accessories that were installed, as a courtesy to you, were new shower knobs. After several attempts it was up to you to call a plumber. I am sorry that you feel this way, however, this complaint is not for any of the tile work that was completed. It is for something that was out of our control.
